* Provide timely response to customer’s queries or requests on daily operations
* Provide proper solutions to customer if any urgent case happen
* Trouble shooting
* Daily and monthly documentation filling
* Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting as required
* Billing and Payment collection and follow up
* KPI Measurement, reporting, analysis and continuous improvement
* Attendance of review meeting with Customer/ plant, Carrier, customers’ suppliers and relevant if required
* Perform any special duties or projects assigned by Management.
